Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships related to the use of this Service. Guidelines and individual provisions posted by the operator on the website are also considered part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and such provisions, these Terms shall prevail.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "This Service" refers to the AI chatbot testing service provided under the name ConvoProbe.
• "User" refers to an individual or organization that has agreed to these Terms and completed user registration for this Service.
• "Operator" refers to the individual or group that plans and operates this Service.

Article 3 (User Registration)

Those wishing to use the Service shall agree to these Terms, submit the required information through the method specified by the operator, and apply for user registration. The operator may decline registration applications in the following cases:

• The application contains false information
• The applicant has connections to anti-social forces
• A minor applies without parental consent
• There have been previous violations of these Terms
• The operator otherwise deems registration inappropriate

Article 4 (Changes to Registration Information)

Users must promptly notify the operator of any changes to their registration information.

Article 5 (Management of User ID and Password)

Users are responsible for managing their user ID and password and must not allow third parties to use them. The user shall bear responsibility for any damages arising from unauthorized use.

Article 6 (Fees and Payment)

Fees for paid services shall be as displayed on this Service's website and shall be paid by the prescribed method. Late payment fees of 14.6% per annum may apply for overdue payments.

Article 7 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

• Violations of laws or criminal acts
• Infringement of intellectual property rights or other rights of others
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
• Unauthorized access or impersonation
• Unauthorized commercial use or solicitation
• Posting discriminatory, obscene, or excessively violent content
• Other acts deemed inappropriate by the operator

Article 8 (Service Interruption and Suspension)

The operator may temporarily interrupt or suspend the Service without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Emergency system maintenance is required
• System failures or external attacks occur
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters or power outages
• The operator otherwise deems it unavoidable

Article 9 (Usage Restrictions and Registration Cancellation)

If a user violates these Terms, provides false registration information, has been inactive for an extended period, or fails to respond to communications from the operator, the operator may restrict use or cancel registration without notice. The operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from such measures.

Article 10 (Withdrawal)

Users may withdraw from the Service at any time through the method specified by the operator.

Article 11 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Intellectual property rights related to this Service and its content belong to the operator or legitimate rights holders. Users grant the operator a non-exclusive, free license to use content they submit. Users shall not exercise moral rights against the operator.

Article 12 (Disclaimer)

This Service is provided "as is" and the operator makes no warranties regarding its completeness, safety, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. The operator shall not, in principle, be liable for any damages incurred by users through the use of this Service.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
